ABOUT THE GAME
John On Fire is a action adventure shoot em' up game taking place in in a crime riddled city. This top-down shooter puts you in the shoes of former criminal underground assassin and hitman John Mills as he dismantles the very organization that used to employ him. When his old crime boss pulls him out of retirement after his cat is taken from him, John must track down his beloved cat Mittens, and in the process, destroy a highly organized criminal enterprise. Featuring an engaging story, cinematic cut scenes, action packed game play, and a hilarious story that parodies the plot lines of some of Hollywood's action films and movies, John On Fire will leave you highly entertained.

ENGAGING SINGLE PLAYER ACTION
Follow John as he shoots his way through streets, forests, fortresses, buildings, and enemy bases dismantling various criminal organizations. John will embark on dozens of missions each with unique level design and varying objectives (Death match, Reach a goal, destroy a target, assassinate a target, survive, etc).

TOP DOWN SHOOTER DUAL JOYSTICK GAMEPLAY
The game is optimized for touch screen devices. Gameplay feels extremely intuitive. Floating dual joysticks will allow you to control movement separate from aiming and shooting.

FREE TO PLAY WITH A SINGLE IN APP PURCHASE FOR THE FULL GAME (NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS, NO WHALES)
The free version (Ad Supported) of the game includes all story missions and most side missions. Try before you buy! We do not believe in micro transactions and pay to win type models, you will never see that as a mechanic in any of our games. Rather, a single, low cost purchase will unlock all of the extra content the game has to offer. Purchasing the game will provide extra weapon unlocks (not necessary to complete the story mission, but certainly helpful late game and in upcoming competitive modes like Survival mode), better armor unlocks, better medical and ammo caches. It will also ensure full access to any new content added in the future (and we have lots planned, follow us on Twitter or Facebook for announcements). The full game is half off if you purchase while the game is still in Beta testing.

MANY UNIQUE WEAPONS
A unique weapon system allows you to pick up new weapons and seamlessly switch between them. Beta version comes with 10 un lockable weapons (2 of which are only available in the premium version). More weapons will be released incrementally with a 34+ confirmed weapons (and likely many more added after the full release).

ALTERNATE GAME MODES : ENTERPRISE TAKEDOWN MISSIONS
John will also need to take down various criminal enterprise rings in order to make progress on the main story. Enterprise takedown missions allow John to take down various areas of the criminal underground that do not pertain to the main objective of reclaiming his pet.

EXTRA CONTENT : SUPPLY RUN MISSIONS
Supply run missions supplement the main story allowing John to raid criminal store houses to collect supplies for the main story missions. These include things like procuring new weapons only available in the Supply Run game mode, getting extra ammo that is critically needed in the main story, restocking on medical supplies, etc.

EXTRA CONTENT : TARGET ELIMINATION MISSIONS
John will encounter many characters in the story mode that he may show leniency on. Upon finding out these characters are still pursuing criminal activities, bonus missions will be available (that if completed may unlock character specialty weapons).

COMING SOON : SURVIVAL MISSIONS
Additional content with a great deal of re-playability, John will make his last stand battling hordes and hordes of ever increasing and harder to kill enemies (planning on also releasing a Zombie survival mode at some point) that will test the player's skill. Leaderboards will be implemented to compare the best players in the community.
